Refund Policy

As we lay significant emphasis on quality! All outfits pass through multiple levels of checks by our team before being shipped. Our courier partners also work their best to deliver your order with care. Still if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, Please ensure that the original packaging, tags and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.

Our policy lasts 15days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Customized/Custom designs are made exclusively for you and they cannot fit other customers. we won’t be able to accept returns for such outfits. But we will try our best to assist you with minor alteration

Size Mismatch > If the ordered size is not comfy you can opt for return and the return shipping charges are on you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your shopping account within a certain amount of days and you can use your credit point for your next purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not allow Refund and Cancellation of orders once placed. The customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy. We will offer store credit for any unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing.
*Repetitive exchange request shall not be entertained

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
